An evening walk in Boorolite looking for local night birds and small arboreal mammals – including the endangered Greater Glider.

Guided by renowned local ecologist Bertram Lobert, the evening will start with a sausage sizzle (provided) followed by a “spotlighting” walk on private tracks adjacent to the state forest.

The walk is relatively easy, on farm tracks. The total distance is about 1.5 km, with some hills.

Please wear weather appropriate clothing and sturdy, closed toe footwear. BYO torch and water bottle.
