With presentations from people whose work is trying to assist community to manage pest plants and animals, you will learn the most up to date management techniques which you will be able to transfer to your own property.
Biodiversity techniques including the differences between direct seeding and hand planting will fill the morning with fantastic information, adding to the diversity of information that Landcare provides free of charge.
Best of all we will be having the presentation and luncheon at Howes Creek Farm where we can see first hand some of the great production opportunities that small acreage farmers are pursuing in our region. Please meet at Howes Creek Farm at 9.30am Saturday 16th March.
